2nd time we've visited Cleveland Motorhomes in the last few weeks and both times their customer service has been excellent. I booked my Motorhome in for an inspection on a potentially defective roof-light which was letting in water. Once again the General Manager, Steve, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and explain the remedy to me in simple layman's terms. Ordinarily we'd have been asked to re-book for the work to be carried out (which I was ok with), but as Steve felt that the repair was urgent he got one of the guys to sort it there and then whilst we waited. All in all a very satisfactory and painless experience and I would certainly recommend Cleveland Motorhomes to anyone for work to be carried out. We will be back for our routine checks to be carried out when required.

Bought our van from Cleveland in 2020 and used them for service ever since - extremely happy that we made those choices. Offered a good deal at the start - the local dealers in Scotland could not get near it - and the quality and helpfulness of the service backup is first rate. We recently had an issue with the van and tried a quick fix locally - that workshop said we needed total replacement of the boiler for £1200 but they anyway couldn't do the job in time for our holiday. At very short notice, Steve at Cleveland diagnosed and fixed the problem for a fraction of their estimate - no boiler replacement needed and saving our holiday. On our experience, it is well worth a journey to buy at Cleveland or to have your campervan serviced/repaired.

Bought a new motorhome from here in March and it couldn't have been better. Kirk showed us round and facilitated our choice of motorhome. Steve the sales manager made the transaction very easy. We have had a couple of small niggles with the fridge but the service team were excellent and soon had it up and running on gas. The whole team are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Kirk gets 5 stars for being a great salesman! and 5 stars for the rest of the team.

At last - a motorhome dealer that actually both cares and delivers. Tremendous levels of service, kept me informed at every stage and dealt directly with the manufacturers on a warranty claim, even though the van had come from another dealer (who wouldn't either help or acknowledge my problems). We purchased our motorhome from Cleveland Motorhomes eight tears ago. Following this years habitation check it was found that there was some sign of water ingress. Thanks to Steve in the workshop and Sylvia in aftersales they processed the warranty claim with Elddis and the work has just been carried out to an excellent standard. Steve also went the extra mile and did a couple of small non-warranty jobs at the same time without charge. What more can you say!!!

The best customer service I've received all year / I had a minor water leak in my campervan which was swiftly and competently sorted out by Steve / I found every member of staff I spoke to very friendly and professional / when picking up my van I spoke with a couple who had travelled 300 miles to deal with this company due to the service they received which says it all really / I will always use Cleveland Motorhomes in the future if I have any servicing requirements and would not hesitate to give my recommendation / They currently appear have a large stock of well priced 2nd hand Motorhomes for sale/ Excellent well established businesses easily accessible at Tees Valley airport

My rear roof light was leaking, carpet wet, tried to work out where the leak was coming from (I had previous experience with a very leaky motorhome) but gave up and rang Silvia at Cleveland Motorhomes who told me to pop in today. Steve and his team took 30 mins to find the leak and replace the outer skin. It was the best service I have ever had. Just drying out the carpet now.

Hi all just got me motorhome in November but not from Cleveland motorhome private buyer had a few little things wrong i sorted myself but we were of grid 30 minutes everything was not working not heater so tryed sorting the job myself needed 2 new batteries got one seat out hard work rang them up for best advice wow there said bring it down today at 11am by 1.30 all done new batteries seats in checked all my solar chargers everything top lads even took the stickers of me front lights cleaning them haha no fantastic work thank you happy days

Absolutely first class service. Called Cleveland Motorhomes for some advice regarding an electrical fault. Spoke with the General Manager Steve Allerston and he guided me through what and where to check then even offered for himself to take a look if I had no joy. I did then go through a few days later and Steve was straight under the bonnet checking my system from front to back. When we found the issue (a dodgy relay..) he then gave me a couple of local places to source it. I'm pleased to say that the problem is now rectified through the helpful assistance Steve gave me and didn't charge a penny for..in his words.."10 minute's of messing around..it's nothing". Very impressive attitude which is a rare thing to find these days.

We are delighted with the service provided by Cleveland Motorhomes, they have helped us at every stage of the process with advice and guidance. We have had our campervans for nearly 2 years now, and you learn that as they need to be made from very lightweight materials they can be delicate things. We had a recent issue relating to the toilet release mechanism after it was removed without closing the toiler hatch, Steve and the team had it fixed in less than 5 mins. Since buying our motorhome recently, we have had nothing but positive experiences from rhe whole of the team at Cleveland Motorhomes. (CMH's). In the last couple of weeks, we experienced some issues with our Autoquest 196, most of which were down to our inexperience as newbie motorhomers, however ALL of our issues were resolved on the same day of presenting the van to CMH's, with a full explanation given for each issue presented, giving us a more informed brief on details of the van we were unfamiliar with and since then, we have been able to enjoy our time away in our new motorhome which we absolutely love. The whole team have been outstanding in the delivery of their service and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you to Sylvia in aftersales, the general manager Steve, the sales team - Steve in particular and Brett who was brilliant in talking us through the features of the van and how it works and in dealing with the issues presented to him. Every single member of the team we have had dealings with, including today have been very courteous and professional and this has boosted our confidence in knowing that should we encounter any difficulties in the navigation of the systems of our motorhome, CMH's are on hand to help us through them.

A big thank you to Steve, Sylvia and the team at Cleveland Motorhomes. I purchased an Accordo 120 from them and took delivery in September 2022. Delivery was only a short while after the quoted date, which was excellent considering the lengthy "Covid" delays being reported by others up and down the country. A short while after collecting the van it developed significant problems with the Peugeot dashboard electrics and the Solar charge controller stopped working. The Cleveland team assisted me considerably with resolving these issues and they very kindly even did some additional work that I had requested, free of charge. If you join the Facebook Elddis Motorhome Owners group, then periodically there are postings requesting recommendations on good dealers in the North, Cleveland are always recommended and get numerous 5 star recommendations from other group members. There is a reason for this, they are a large dealership who still operate like a small friendly family business. John Young

I had a cracked Alloy wheel and had been trying in vain over Christmas to locate and buy a spare
I phoned Neil (Owner) up only to find he was abroad on Holiday
Neil rang me back shortly after and I relayed my story to him and that I was stuck in the Lakes.
A short while later Steve rang me up and asked for the wheel/tyre size and told me he'd be with me in 2.5 hours with a new wheel and tyre. Sure enough 2.5 hours later he turned up to the site I was on and proceeded to change the wheel for me in ten minutes I was over the moon as we were due to leave to go to another site.
I cannot thank Steve and Neil enough they saved our Holiday

Absolutely fantastic service received. As a novice to motorhomes the service we received when purchasing our motorhome was excellent. The after service is an absolute credit to the company. Any small issues were quickly rectified and Sylvia and the service team has been very helpful. However I just wanted to point out Steve Allerton who has been so helpful throughout and especially today. Having had an accident with a wing mirror it was booked in quickly and was sorted by Steve. I cannot recommend the company and the after sales service more highly enough and will continue to use the company in the future without hesitation.

My motorhome required a service, habitation check and minor damage repair. At very short notice, upon my arrival, I also enquired about an MOT.
I was very impressed with the offer of a lift into Darlington while the work was done and ultimately with the standard of the repair. Better still, I was absolutely delighted that the MOT was completed on this visit.
The thorough inspection of my vehicle identified an issue with damp and I have every confidence this will be rectified when I return in due course.
Once again, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Cleveland Motorhomes, particularly Sylvia in the office and Steve in the workshop. Thank you both for your consideration, courtesy and care.

Following a very fraught experience with another dealership I was recommended this company by Elddis and what a difference! I dealt mainly with Sylvia and Steve who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly....a breath of fresh air.

The gas parts required were in stock and the issue was fixed within an hour. The fridge worked great when we needed it. So pleased because this made our holiday. Cannot fault this company at all as they provide an outstanding service. We had an issue with our motorhome just before it was due to go out on a trip. The staff went above and beyond to fit me in at the last minute even though they had no appointments and were fully booked for weeks ahead. Once I came in Steve spent a great deal of time with the vehicle and advised my husband what he could do. Honestly couldn't believe how lovely he was and helpful. Lovely new motorhome from Cleveland. Collected us free of charge from the train station. Had a slight misunderstanding about some work we asked for on a bike rack, but they very quickly rectified it by upgrading the bike rack free of charge when we collected the van. I think they would have done anything to make sure we were 100% satisfied. They were very happy and patient to explain all of our new newbie questions over the phone afterwards and flexible with warranty bits. Unfortunately we live a long way from Cleveland and are having to get some other bits of warranty work completed at a different garage, which has been a much more stressful experience than with Cleveland. 5 star recommendation to Cleveland motorhomes!

Due to a fault on the Truma heating system on my new Weinsberg motorhome I contacted Cleveland Motorhomes. I was pleasantly suprised when the receptionist put me straight through to an engineer called Steve. We briefly discussed the problem and Steve suggested I bring it in the next day to have a look, and then if required we would book the motorhome in to carry out any necessary repair under the warranty. Upon arriving at the agreed time Steve (even though he was busy) came straight over to look at the problem. As agreed, I was fully expecting him to have a look and give advice on the 'next stage' of the repair. Approximately 45 minutes later Steve had repaired the fault, and then informed me that no payment would be necessary.... how many companies do you know that would do that?
Absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend, and i will definitely use again in the future (services etc). Thank you very much Cleveland Motorhomes and especially you Steve, you are a true professional.
